Molten-Ironworks Changes
This datapack introduces significant changes to the Fabric versions of Create: Molten Metals and Create: Ironworks mods, substantially improving the metallurgy gameplay experience.
Key Changes
Alloy Recipe Overhaul
- Brass, bronze, steel, and netherite can now only be crafted using molten alloying recipes
- Steel ratios have been adjusted: 2 iron ingots + 3 coal (or 6 charcoal) = 1 steel ingot
Fixes and Improvements
- Fixed broken tin recipes from Ironworks
- Revamped slag drop system: added tin nuggets and experience nuggets
- Increased drop chance for all nuggets from 1% to 5%
- Added new spout recipes for golden food items
These changes make the metalworking process more balanced and logical while maintaining compatibility with the core Create mechanics.
