Have you ever dreamed of feeling like the Great Sage Equal to Heaven and battling friends using overpowered and annoying Forge mods with unbeatable items? Even if not - presenting to you a mod visually inspired by the underrated 2D Lego™ series: Monkie Kid, with mechanics based on the famous Chinese legend "Journey to the West".
This addon allows you to transform into the Great Sage Equal to Heaven himself and destroy everyone who stands in your way, thanks to an armor set, equipment, and a full-fledged second transformation phase.
Core Features
Building Block
Mystic Stone - used to create a huge boulder from which Sun Wukong will be born. Build a 3x3x3 cube of this block, leaving a free space 2 blocks high inside (stand in it before being sealed in the stone), a cutscene will occur, after which the battle can begin.
Utility Items
- Fun Value (debug item from console) - activates special death animations for all battle participants
- Immortality x2 - right-click makes the player invulnerable (experimental function)
- Pebble - designed for throwing at opponents
- Sleep Insect - when thrown, puts enemies to sleep for several seconds
Food and Recovery
Immortality Peach - doesn't grant eternal life, but ensures extremely fast health regeneration.
Weapons and Protection
Full Monkie King Armor Set includes:
- Phoenix-Feather Crown
- Golden Chainmail
- Golden Battle Skirt
- Cloud-stepping Shoes
Weapons and accessories:
- Ruyi Jingu Bang (staff) - right-click for long-range attack (every fifth attack enhanced), look down + right-click for jump into air, Shift+right-click for parry
- Advanced Gauntlet - teleportation on right-click, Q for enhanced attacks
- Ember Gauntlet - Q to activate Wukong's Flaming Fist of Fury
- Frostmaw Gauntlet - freeze enemies on Q (every 5th attack: Snowgrave)
Character Abilities
- Teleportation when taking damage with complete damage negation
- Double jump in mid-air
- Increased movement speed
- Golden Vision of Truth (G key) - detects all nearby entities
- Cloud Somersault (Space+Shift+Left Click) - creates a high-speed cloud for 10 seconds
- Mountain Throw (Q without items) - damages nearby enemies
- Stone Spikes (Shift+Q without items) - impales enemies in a straight line
- Size Changing (Z key) - reducing and restoring height
- Clones (C key) - creates up to 20 duplicates from your own hair
- Invisibility (I key) - temporary invulnerability and stealth
