More Beautiful Slabs - Expanding Building Possibilities

This mod significantly expands the arsenal of building materials by adding over 240 new types of slabs to the game. All textures are automatically extracted from the corresponding blocks of the standard Minecraft version, ensuring full compatibility with any resource packs.

Features and Compatibility

The mod requires the installation of Blackwolf Library to function. It is fully compatible with the popular Just Enough Items (JEI) addon, which simplifies viewing available crafting recipes.

Slab Creation System

The process of creating new slabs begins with crafting a special slab frame. The recipe can use any standard slab from the base game. After creating the frame, it can be combined with various blocks to obtain slabs with corresponding textures.

Examples of Craftable Slabs

The mod allows creating various slabs, including special versions that possess unique properties such as illumination (if the original block emits light).

With standard crafting, you receive 2 slabs at a time. Here are several examples:

Special and Glass Slabs

The mod also includes glass slabs and special types that require unique recipes for creation. Special slabs include: fire slab, soul fire slab, lava slab (2 versions), nether portal slab, and strange slab (without texture). To view all special recipes, it is recommended to use JEI.
