More Functional Storage
This is an addon for the Functional Storage mod that extends drawer functionality through additional upgrades.
Upgrade Overview
The system includes four types of upgrades, each performing its unique function:
Breaker Upgrade
Actively breaks blocks in the specified direction and automatically places them into the drawer. Requires the appropriate tool to be inserted into the upgrade slot. Notably, the tool's durability is not consumed during operation.
Placer Upgrade
Automatically places blocks from the drawer's contents into the surrounding space according to the selected direction.
Refill Upgrade
Provides automatic item replenishment from the drawer to the player's hotbar, inventory, or ender chest. Important: only works with slots that already contain at least one item. A special cross-dimensional variant is available for interaction between dimensions.
Stonecutting Upgrade
Performs automatic processing of stone and other materials through the stonecutter. Processing results can be configured through the filter. For example, using tag filters, any stone type can be converted into stairs.
Configuration and Management
All functionality can be finely tuned through the graphical interface. The arrow button allows setting the working direction for each upgrade.
All upgrades have a base processing speed (typically one action every 3 seconds), which can be significantly accelerated using speed upgrade augments. Installing the maximum of 6 augments ensures processing on every game tick.
Advanced Control
Access to extended management capabilities is available through the upgrade interface, opened by right-clicking on the upgrade in the utility slot. Here you can configure:
- Activation conditions based on redstone signals
- Selection of specific slots for interaction
- Content filtration systems
- Installation of auxiliary modules
The filtration system supports two operational modes - whitelist and blacklist, as well as various matching options: exact NBT data correspondence or identification by tags.
Note! Additional upgrade types are planned for future releases to further expand functionality.
