More Vanilla Foods
This mod expands Minecraft's culinary possibilities by adding various dishes that perfectly fit the game's vanilla style.
New Food Items
Main Dishes
- Steak Soup - A hearty dish requiring steak, baked potatoes, any mushrooms, and sugar.
- Blueberries - Fresh berries that can be harvested in taiga biomes.
- Crimson Fungus Soup - A safe-to-consume meal made from six crimson fungi.
- Warped Fungus Soup - Prepared from six warped fungi, causes nausea effect.
- Nether Fungus Soup - Combination of crimson and warped fungi, provides short-term nausea.
- Enchanted Golden Carrot - Crafted from eight gold ingots and a carrot, grants night vision effect.
- Nether Wart Soup - Six nether warts solve hunger problems in the Nether.
Compatibility with Other Mods
- Azure Berry Soup - Regular food made from six azure berries (compatible with The Outer End).
- Balloon Fruit Soup - After consuming six balloon fruits, you will float upward (compatible with The Endergetic Expansion).
Important: Don't forget to add a bowl when preparing any soups!
Development History
The first version of this mod was created back in 2022 but wasn't published then due to technical issues. This is one of my early experimental works, which explains why it only supports version 1.16.5. Currently, the main focus is on developing the Dark Shadow Monster mod, so updates for this mod may be limited.
