Animate Almost Any Texture
MoreMcmeta enables animation of almost any texture in Minecraft using both familiar OptiFine .properties files and modern JSON .moremcmeta files. The mod also adds support for new animation parameters, including synchronization with in-game daytime.

Since MoreMcmeta operates client-side, it does not need to be installed on the server.
Texture Configuration API
Mod developers have access to a powerful API for creating custom MoreMcmeta plugins that can add new visual effects and support additional formats. API usage details are described in the developer documentation.
Emissive Textures Plugin
For working with emissive textures, a separate plugin is available that extends MoreMcmeta functionality.
Important Requirement for Version 1.18.2 Forge
Starting from version 4.0.0, MoreMcmeta requires Minecraft Forge version 40.2.4 or higher. You must install the latest Forge version for 1.18.2, not the recommended version.
When using an outdated Forge version, a confusing error message may appear. Before reporting an issue for version 1.18.2, be sure to update Forge.
