Moss Fix Forge - Moss Growth Fix

This mod is a server-side solution for the Forge platform that fixes the moss growth mechanics in the game. The main function is that moss can now spread under various blocks, including grass and flowers, when bone meal is applied to it.

Additionally, the mod allows using bone meal on moss even in cases where there is another block above it. This eliminates the limitations of the original mechanics and makes the moss growing process more flexible and convenient for players.
