Mystical Mechanics API: Mechanics and Power Transfer Library

This modification serves as a library that provides basic mechanisms for creating mechanical power transmission systems in Minecraft. Originally, this functionality was part of the Embers mod code, but has been separated into a standalone project with enhanced capabilities.
