Natdertale's Dash Enchantment

Adding a new enchantment effect that reveals character mobility in a new way. The main feature of this enchant is the player's swift movement in the direction they are looking.

Main Features:

• Accelerated Dash occurs directly in the direction of the character's view, significantly increasing movement speed.
• Only available for footwear and applicable to boots of any type.
• Ability activation is performed with the "H" key, this parameter can be reassigned in the control settings.

Dash cooldown management is implemented using the dash cooldown game rule. This allows flexible regulation of the balance between enchantment usage and gameplay tactics. Default numerical value: 600.
