Nether Things
Nether Things is a mod for Minecraft 1.14.4 built on Fabric API that significantly expands the possibilities of the Nether by adding numerous new elements and mechanics.
New Ores and Resources
Ores from the overworld now generate in the Nether as well, but at different levels! The amount of resources remains the same, except for gold, which is much more abundant here. Additionally, glowstone and quartz veins can be found in the depths of the overworld.
Unique Equipment Sets
The mod adds new tools, swords, and armor made from Nether materials, glowstone, and vibranium... Yes, you heard right - vibranium! This rare ore occasionally appears in the Nether. Vibranium sets have exceptional durability and surpass diamond equivalents. You can also create potions of toughness, and if you have sufficient resources - even potions of invincibility. Mining vibranium and the required obsidian requires a diamond pickaxe or tool of similar tier.
Biome Diversity
The monotony of the Nether is a thing of the past! Various biomes now appear here, but be careful - blazes and wither skeletons can leave their fortresses and ambush you in condemned lands and blazing soils.
Glowing Mushrooms and Their Inhabitants
In glowshroom biomes, you'll discover three varieties of huge glowing mushrooms. Their friends - glowmoos - happily frolic in Nether meadows! Use these mushrooms to make soup that will illuminate your game.
Don't harm wither pigmen and Nether cacti in condemned biomes - they're not the friendliest neighbors.
Agriculture in Hell
What about agriculture? Use hoes made from Nether materials or glowstone to till soul sand! Ghost, quartz, and wither seeds yield excellent harvests - be sure to try them!
You can also find glowing reeds and blazing berry bushes in the surrounding areas. These berries prefer hot places.
If you want to become a real ghost, try ghost bread.
Useful Items and Building Materials
Use (or don't use) lava sponges that have a huge range of action but require significant resources to craft.
In the lowest accessible areas of the Nether, you can find basalt deposits for creating basalt bricks.
