No Seeds Spam - Smart Wheat Seed Management

This mod fundamentally changes the wheat seed acquisition mechanics in Minecraft. Seeds now only drop when breaking grass with a hoe, making the process more meaningful and controlled.

Which Plants Are Affected:

The changes apply to regular grass, tall grass, ferns, and large ferns - all of them now follow the new seed drop rules.
