No Shield Delay Forge

This modification eliminates the standard 5-tick delay when actively using a shield in the game. Under normal conditions, when a player begins blocking, there is a pause of 0.25 seconds before protection actually activates. The mod removes this pause, making the gameplay more responsive and comfortable.

Now the shield will activate instantly when the right mouse button is pressed, which significantly increases the effectiveness of using a shield in battles and improves the overall gaming experience.

This mod was originally developed specifically for version 1.15.2 as part of the Craft to Exile mod series, but is now available for broader use.
