About the Modification
Better Smoker is a compact mod that significantly expands the functionality of the standard smoker in Minecraft. Instead of remaining just a "fast furnace for a few foods," the smoker transforms into a full-fledged cooking station for preparing various dishes. The mod has built-in compatibility with Create and Farmer's Delight.
Main Features
Adds numerous new smoking recipes unavailable in the base game:
New Foods for Smoking
- Baked Apple — used for crafting Golden Apple and Honey Baked Apple
- Honey Baked Apple — made from baked apple and honey bottle, gives Absorption effect for 1 minute
- Cooked Carrot — made from regular carrot, used for Golden Carrot and Rabbit Stew recipes
- Cooked Beetroot — created from beetroot, used in Beetroot Soup recipe
- Cooked Spider Eye — with 50% chance inflicts Poison for 3 seconds, used for Fermented Spider Eye recipe
- Baked Chorus Fruit — tastier than regular one and doesn't teleport the player
- Cooked Red & Brown Mushrooms — edible and used for Mushroom Stew and Rabbit Stew
- Berry Jelly — made from sweet or glow berries (applies Glow effect for 30 seconds)
- Cooked Rotten Flesh — with 40% chance causes Hunger for 15 seconds
- Baked Poisonous Potato — with 30% chance poisons for 3 seconds, used for poisoned rabbit stew recipe
- Poisoned Rabbit Stew — looks almost like vanilla version, perfect for surprising unsuspecting players
- Cooked Tropical Fish — basic food, slightly worse than cooked cod
- Cooked Rabbit Foot — gives Luck effect for 1 minute, used in recipes
- Cooked Bamboo Shoots — weak food stats but very easy to obtain with bamboo farm

Create Compatibility
- All smoked foods can be created via Bulk Smoking (Fire next to a Fan)
