Nova Lux Vehiculum

Nova Lux Vehiculum is an add-on for Immersive Vehicles that doesn't limit itself to any single type of transport. Although not much content is currently implemented, over time this pack will be enriched with various vehicles and other objects. Special attention is paid to making the transport truly practical and useful in survival mode.

Small Cargo Ship

As the name suggests, this vehicle is perfect for transporting significant volumes of cargo by sea. The vessel has a customizable callsign and reaches over 20 blocks in length. The containers on the ship are modular - they come in different colors, can display images via URL (configured with a wrench), and you can choose to install one large or two small containers. Their design is based on real 20- and 40-foot containers used in logistics.

Small Hot Air Balloon

This vehicle isn't very suitable for cargo transport but excels at travel and terrain exploration. Although it moves slowly, you won't have to deal with obstacles like mountains, rivers, forests, and swamps, or mobs at night. Additionally, it's relatively cheap to craft. Due to its small size, only one player can fly in it at a time. Larger variants are planned for the future.

Dinghy

A small wooden sailboat with a customizable sail that's very inexpensive to produce. Unfortunately, due to Immersive Vehicles limitations, you need to shift the gear from neutral to first (or reverse if needed), and it uses fuel. I set it to use a special fuel type called "nothing"; I recommend going into the mod's configuration and adding water to the list of valid fluids for this fuel type.

WORK IN PROGRESS - Large Cargo Ship

I currently don't have enough motivation to continue working on this ship's model as it's quite large and complex. But in the future, I'll probably complete it and upload it. Once finished, this vehicle will be used for efficiently transporting huge volumes of items and liquids by sea, and will also be able to carry multiple players thanks to its impressive length of over 60 blocks.

Additionally, the pack includes various parts such as ship engines required for using these vehicles.

Future Plans

• Medium cargo ship to fill the gap between small and large
• Various military ships, speedboat, and jet ski
• Ancient and medieval sailing ships for cargo and military purposes; they will be worse than modern counterparts but cheaper, using mostly wood
• Medium and large hot air balloons capable of carrying more than one player, as well as additional cargo in the form of crates
• Bomb racks for installation on hot air balloons for raiding NPC structures or other players on multiplayer servers
• Various sizes and types of airships

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE INSTALLATION

This pack doesn't add its own seats. You'll need another pack to get seats. If you don't install one, you won't be able to use anything except the Small Hot Air Balloon. At some point, I'll add my own seats to make this pack standalone. For now, I recommend using the Official Content Pack, which adds very well-made vehicles and parts, including seats.
