General Information

NVL Portal Gates was created as a spin-off from the NVL IC2 Machines mod and allows building teleportation gates from simple blocks. Configuration is done through a graphical interface, and gate coordinates can be copied using a special item - Portal Gate Coordinate Storage.

Block: Portal Gate Column

Forms the foundation of the gates. Gates are a vertical structure requiring two columns with a minimum height of 2 blocks (can be higher). The structure doesn't require top or bottom coverage.

Block: Portal Controller

Serves as the heart of the gates and manages all their functionality. The gate creation process includes:

• Building two columns with one controller
• Naming the gates
• Initializing the gates
• Copying coordinates
• Using teleportation

Item: Portal Gate Coordinate Storage

Used for copying and transferring coordinates between gates.
