Nyf's Modpack Version Check

This mod provides a convenient tool for controlling modpack version compatibility between client and server. It creates a special configuration file that allows you to set the current version of your modpack and automatically blocks connections to servers with incompatible versions.

How to set up and use:

To get started, you need to find the configuration folder of your modpack. In this folder, open the nmpvc-common.toml file in any text editor. Find the line modpack-versions = "1.0.0" and replace the value "1.0.0" with the current version of your modpack. After saving the changes, make sure this mod is installed on both client and server.

Important to remember: every time you update the modpack version, you must repeat the procedure of changing the version in the configuration file. This ensures that players can only connect to servers with the correct modpack version, preventing many potential issues and conflicts.
