Odyssey Lite

General Information

Odyssey Lite is a simplified version of the OdysseyHUD mod created by developer Dplayend. This modification adds on-screen interfaces for compasses and clocks, as well as custom HUD elements for smithing templates, music discs, and goat horns!

To use the mod, download it and place it in the .minecraft/mods folder. You also need to install Fabric API for the mod to work correctly.

Features

Interfaces are displayed for the following items:

Clock

• Shows the time in the top center of the screen when held in the main hand or offhand. This HUD does not work in the Nether and the End.

Compass

• Displays current location in the top right corner. If the compass is linked to a lodestone, it also shows the lodestone's location and dimension in the top left corner.

Recovery Compass

• Shows current location in the top right corner. Also displays the location of your last death and dimension in the top left corner.

Music Discs

• Display the music disc's name in the top center of the screen when held in the main hand or offhand.

Smithing Templates

• Show the smithing template's name in the top center of the screen when held in the main hand or offhand.

Goat Horns

• Display the goat horn's instrument name in the top center of the screen when held in the main hand or offhand.

The mod is also compatible with Trinkets API. If a clock, compass, or recovery compass is in the tools/[compass or clock] slot (hover over the offhand slot to find it), then the HUD for that item will be displayed.

Versions

This mod works ONLY on Fabric. Support for Forge is not planned.

Client and Server Support

This mod works only on the client side.
