OpenAutomation

OpenAutomation mod addresses two main objectives: extends automation capabilities for other mods and provides built-in tools for automating various processes in Minecraft. Project motto: "Automate everything!"

Mod Components

OpenComputers Integration

This module requires OpenComputers mod for full functionality. Main features include:

• Power Converter - block that converts OpenComputers energy to RF and transfers it in desired direction
• Data Transmission Laser - technology for data exchange between computers

component.laser.sendDataLaser(sides., message)
-- When signal is received, it sends message with parameters:
-- "laser_message", receiver_component, message
-- Laser can interact with any network components except the actual computer block

Tinker's Construct Compatibility

The size issue with Tinker's Construct smeltery is solved with the micro-smeltery - a compact single-block device capable of melting the same items as the original smeltery, but significantly faster and using RF energy.

Laser Systems

Modern energy transmission system for long distances. Lasers can transfer energy up to 400 blocks through air spaces.

Types of laser devices:

• Energy Emitter - transfers RF energy in laser direction
• Energisable Emitter - capable of accumulating additional energy every 100 pulses (5 seconds)
• Solid Energiser - strengthens crossing lasers when supplied with specific items
• Human Teleport Emitter - uses RF to create laser tunnel for instant teleportation to receiver
• Laser Mirrors - direct and redirect laser beams at right angles
• Double Mirrors - complex redirection systems for laser flows
• Laser Receivers - devices for receiving energy and signals with backward transmission through opposite side

With Computronics mod installed, laser beams become visible in Minecraft world.
