OpenGlasses2

OpenGlasses2 represents a fundamentally updated version of the popular OpenGlasses mod that adds augmented reality features to the Minecraft world. This modification serves as an extension for OpenComputers and allows displaying various graphical elements directly in the game space or on the player's interface — similar to how glasses from the OpenPeripherals addon for ComputerCraft work, but with expanded functionality.

Imagine a Minecraft version of Google Glass: using special glasses, you can visualize shapes, text, and other objects that will be visible only to those who use this equipment. Rendering capabilities cover both the game world and the character's HUD.

Important Information

OpenComputers Tablet Owners: The number of usable widgets is limited by the system. When the limit is reached, an error occurs related to exceeding the maximum network packet size (over 32 KB). In such a situation, editing the player.dat file using NBT data tools followed by removal of the tablet or glasses will be required. Existing workarounds include installing mods that increase packet limits (for example, Bigger Packets Please).

Technical Requirements: The Commons0815 library is required for the mod to work. Most launchers automatically download dependencies, but when using manual installation, independent downloading of this library will be required.

Optifine Users: It is recommended to change the zoom key assignment in Optifine or the OpenGlasses overlay key when using both mods simultaneously.
