OptiForge

What is it?

OptiForge is a special modification that allows using the popular OptiFine client together with mods on the Forge platform. It's important to understand that this mod does not include OptiFine itself - you'll need to install it separately.

Easy Installation

For Minecraft versions up to 1.16.5, the installation process is extremely simple: just place the OptiFine and OptiForge files in the mods folder, and you can enjoy the game!

Usage Benefits

Although starting from version G1 pre14, OptiFine 1.15.2 became compatible with Forge, OptiForge offers faster updates for new Forge versions. Additionally, it solves compatibility issues between OptiFine and other core mods that were fixed by the developers.

Current Support Status

• OptiForge for MC 1.13.2: work in progress
• OptiForge for MC 1.12.2: no support planned
