Optimized Dragon Respawn

This mod addresses the lag issues that occur during dragon respawn in the standard version of Minecraft. While many players might not notice these performance drops, the mod significantly improves the situation.

The main advantage is a substantial reduction in load when using endstone farms. Thanks to optimization, processing time decreases from approximately 300 milliseconds to just 10 milliseconds per tick, while completely preserving the original gameplay.

In Minecraft versions 1.18 and above, such performance issues become critical, making this mod practically essential for installation.
