Pickaxe Blacklist Feature

The mod allows you to configure which specific pickaxes can harvest entire ore veins. On first launch, a blacklist file is created at ./config/oreharvester/harvestable_pickaxe_blacklist.txt. The system works with both vanilla and modded pickaxes.
