Oreganized Tetra Tweaks

This mod introduces a unique material called Electrum Plated Diamond, which serves as an alternative to the standard conversion of diamond tools to electrum ones. In the original Oreganized mod, creating electrum tools requires using a smithing table with diamond tools, giving them significantly superior characteristics compared to electrum tools from other mods. When switching to the Tetra system, this advantage was lost, but now the problem is solved.

Electrum Plated Diamond tools have a mining level equal to netherite, with their characteristics falling between electrum and diamond, while the main parameters fully match the electrum tools from Oreganized.

Repairing such tools is done using Electrum Plated Diamonds, which are created by combining a diamond and an electrum ingot in a smithing table.

Tools with Electrum Plated coating are equipped with Arrested and Hasted improvements. The Hasted improvement increases speed by 0.2 units (attack speed, draw speed*, shield raise speed) when applied to the main parts of a tool. The effect is especially noticeable on bows and crossbows, where the draw speed boost works on a multiplicative principle, significantly enhancing the effect of Hasted.
