With Json (OVO) Mod
Gives you the feeling of coding directly in JSON!
This modification allows you to create various in-game elements using only JSON files without writing Java code:
- Add new items and blocks
- Create different types of food
- Develop tools and weapons
- Configure crafting recipes (add or remove)
- Organize custom tabs in creative mode
In the Fabric version, some of these features may be limited since standard datapacks handle similar tasks effectively.

- Creating custom events, enchantments and potions
- Adding tree generation in the world
- Developing armor and meta-characteristics for tools
- Running ovopackage in JAR format
- Integration with vanilla game tab system

Frequently Asked Questions
Why are limited Forge versions supported?
The JsonThings modification offers similar functionality and surpasses our mod in some aspects. We focused on versions where our project is genuinely useful.
Important note: With Json is not a ported version of JsonThings, so Thingpack packages are incompatible with our modification.
