Oxidizing Lightning Rods

This mod introduces an oxidation system for lightning rods in Minecraft. These blocks now gradually develop patina, going through all oxidation stages similar to copper blocks.

All oxidation stages of lightning rods can be waxed to preserve their current appearance. Even fully oxidized lightning rods continue to perform their main function - redirecting lightning strikes.
