Pescatore - New Fishing in Minecraft

Pescatore mod completely transforms fishing in Minecraft by adding an engaging minigame inspired by the Animal Crossing series. This is a completely new mechanic that is not related to the standard fishing in the game.

To start fishing, craft a Rookie Rod using a regular fishing rod as the base. Cast it as usual, and soon you'll see a fish shadow swimming around your bobber. Wait for a bite and hold the button to reel in your catch!

Main Features

You'll find a variety of 16 unique fish to catch, each with its own rarity and behavior. Different fish vary in movement radius around the bobber, attack speed, number of nibbles, and other characteristics.

The mod also adds numerous new dishes for cooking, reimagined "Lure" and "Luck of the Sea" enchantments, as well as 3 new equipment pieces with special effects. Trinkets mod support allows for convenient use of additional gear.

About the Name

The name Pescatore translates from Italian as fisherman. While this mod doesn't claim to provide a realistic fishing experience, it will definitely add freshness to Minecraft's aquatic systems and make fishing a truly engaging activity.
