Plastic Fix - Critical Bug Fix

This mod resolves a serious game crash that occurs when the PneumaticCraft and Item Physics mods interact. The problem manifests in plastic items moving at infinite velocity at the moment when plastic solidifies and the corresponding game entity is created.

The mod was specifically developed for use in the UniversIO modpack, where this error occurs most frequently.
