Pollutant Pump

Addon for Pollution Of The Realms

When you start polluting the environment and the air above you fills with harmful substances, the cleanup task becomes enormous - the pollution is too high up and there's too much of it! Pollutant Pump is designed to help with this problem by allowing you to clean the air directly from the ground.

How the Pump Works

Install Pollutant Pump on the ground, then easily build a tower of Pollutant Pipes on top of it (right-clicking the bottom pipe will automatically place the next pipe on top!). After that, simply supply power (Forge Energy) to the pump, and it will start sucking up pollutants around the top of the pipe and releasing them around the pump itself.

Collecting Pollutants

If you want to collect pollutants for further use, place a Filter block next to the pump. The system will attempt to place pollutants directly into the filter. Multiple filters are also supported - the system will choose a random filter with available space to place the pollutant. If there's nowhere to place pollutants, the pump will stop working.

Ease of Use

When you're done with the pump, simply break the bottom pipe - all pipes above will automatically break along with it!

Configuration

The mod provides configuration settings to change how the pump works, including a parameter to change energy consumption. Setting the value to 0 will make the pump work continuously without the need for power supply.
