PonderingPlus StationAPI for Minecraft Beta 1.7.3
A modification for version b1.7.3 built on StationAPI and babric (a Fabric alternative for beta versions), born from a love of quiet libraries and the desire to get comfortable with a good book.
Mod Features
Comfortable Book Reading
- Right-click any regular block while holding a book to sit down
- Press the sneak key to stand up
- The ability to sit with a book can be disabled in the configuration
Important: when rejoining the world while sitting, the character may fall inside the block. To fix this, install one of the mods: AnnoyanceFix-StationAPI or UniTweaksTelsAddons, then activate the vehicle behavior fixes for login/logout.
Interactive Bookshelves
- Adds the ability to leave notes on bookshelves
- To make a shelf editable, right-click it with a feather in hand while having black dye in your inventory
- One unit of black dye is consumed when converting a regular shelf into a changeable one
Editable shelf characteristics:
- Don't burn in fire
- Break slightly slower than regular ones
- Display saved messages when clicked
- Use inverted texture to distinguish from standard ones
- Particles when breaking come from the side texture, not the top one
- When destroyed, turn back into regular bookshelves (inscriptions are lost)
After creating an editable shelf, its content can be changed any number of times without additional consumables - just right-click it (item in hand doesn't matter).
Multiplayer Compatibility
The mod fully supports online play when using GlassConfigAPI version 3.0 or higher for configuration synchronization.
