Portal Gels Plus

This modification brings the famous gels from the Portal game series to Minecraft, opening up new possibilities for movement and creating interesting gameplay spaces.

Main Gels

Repulsion Gel

Significantly increases the player's jump height and repels upon landing on it.

Propulsion Gel

Accelerates player movement. Particularly effective when combined with repulsion gel — allows maintaining running speed for longer jumps.

Additional Basic Set Gels

Adhesion Gel — slows down player movement. This gel type was originally cut from Portal 2 but remained in the game files.

Conversion Gel — used for creating other gel types.

Cleansing Gel — removes other gels upon contact.

Additional Gel Variants

During testing, special repulsion gel variants were created, available only in creative mode.

First Type

Repels the player even without jumping on the surface.

Second Type

Has no jump height limit.

Third Type

Increases jump parameters with each subsequent use.

Development Plans

Future updates plan to add reflection gel, which reflects laser beams. Since its potential application in the Minecraft environment requires additional research, developers welcome ideas and suggestions from the community. Also under consideration is the possibility of creating fundamentally new gel types specifically designed for this modification.
