Portal Tags

The Portal Tags mod adds a simple yet brilliant mechanic to Minecraft: now you can name portals using name tags! When two portals share the same name, using one instantly teleports you to the other portal with the matching name.

How does it work?

The basic mechanics remain unchanged: portals only work between the Overworld and the Nether. But now you can create complex teleportation networks! For example:

• Portal A in the Overworld teleports to Portal A in the Nether
• Nearby is Portal B in the Nether, which leads to Portal B in the Overworld, located thousands of blocks away from the first

Features

Create massive teleportation hubs and complex travel routes. If multiple portals share the same name, the system will choose a random destination or a specific target portal depending on the configuration of portals in each dimension.
