Potion Icons
This mod expands the display capabilities of effect icons in Minecraft, making them visible in various game interfaces for greater player convenience.
Main Features
Icons on Items
All potions and items with effects now display corresponding icons directly over their images in the inventory, hotbar, and other locations. This allows you to instantly identify potion types without needing to read names.
Icon placement can be customized to your preferences. Four display modes are available:
- DISABLED: Icons are not shown
- TRY_BOTTOM_RIGHT: Displayed in the bottom right corner for non-stackable items, in the top left - for others
- TOP_LEFT (default): Icon in the top left corner
- FULL: Icon stretches across the entire item slot
Settings can be configured separately for normal mode and when holding the Shift key. You can also choose whether the icon appears in front of or behind the item.
Potion Tooltips
In potion descriptions, effect icons now appear next to their names. This feature can be disabled in settings.
Display in Text
Effect icons can be inserted into chat, signs, and any other text in the game. For example, the command [effect:fire_resistance] will show the fire resistance icon.
