Potions Expanded

The Potions Expanded modification adds a total of 25 new types of potions and 8 completely new items to Minecraft. All these potions are based on effects from the original game, making them fully compatible with vanilla gameplay.

- Levitation - float above surfaces
- Haste - increases resource gathering speed
- Dolphin's Grace - improves swimming abilities
- Bad Omen - plunges into adventures
- Resistance - increases damage protection
- Absorption - provides additional "healthy" hearts
- Saturation - restores hunger bar faster than usual
- Nutritional - completely restores hunger
- Blindness - temporarily deprives vision
- Bad Luck - reduces luck
- Glowing - highlights creatures
- Conduit Power - provides advantages underwater
- Hero Potion - "Hero of the village" effect
- Wither - deals damage with wither effect
- Hunger - increases hunger loss speed
- Nausea - distorts vision and causes discomfort
- Mining Fatigue - slows block gathering
- Health Boost - increases maximum health

Resistance: Obsidian
Absorption: Gold Ingot
Saturation: Golden Steak
Golden Steak: raw beef in center + 8 golden nuggets (specific shape recipe), then cook in furnace, smoker, or campfire
Nutritional: Silver Porkchop
Silver Porkchop: raw porkchop in center + 8 silver nuggets (specific shape recipe), cooked the same way
Blindness: Ink Sac
Bad Luck: Poisonous Potato

Advanced brewing rules
To create enhanced versions of most potions, use a large bottle instead of a regular one. Recipe for creating a large empty bottle: use three glass blocks arranged vertically in the crafting grid.
