Proficiency: Honest Work is a modification that introduces a skill leveling system. The more you collect certain types of items (such as stone, wood, ores, mob drops), the higher your corresponding skills become, which subsequently multiply the amount of resources you obtain. You can view your current abilities through the inventory by clicking on the brain icon next to the recipe book.
