Puff Blank Mod

This modification provides compatibility between Vic's Point Blank and Pufferfish Attributes mods.

Key features:

• Adds a new damage type specifically for weapons from Vic's Point Blank
• Converts damage from Point Blank weapons to be recognized by Pufferfish Attributes as ranged damage
