Pumpkin Moon

This mod brings the famous Pumpkin Moon event from Terraria into Minecraft. Development began as part of SpookyJam 2023 - a special game jam dedicated to Halloween themes.

Currently, the mod adds a special artifact - the Pumpkin Moon Medallion. This magical item can be found in chests hidden in small dungeons. Using the medallion summons a horde of hostile creatures that the player must face.

Among the appearing enemies, two main types stand out:

• Headless Horseman - a terrifying ghost riding his spectral steed. A unique feature is that after defeating this creature, the player can tame his horse, which becomes available for use.
• Splinterlings - zombie-like creatures with a wooden essence. When destroyed, they drop mystical wood with special properties.

Future Updates

The developer plans to significantly expand the mod's content in future versions:

• Addition of unique weapon - The Horseman's Blade
• Introduction of two mid-tier bosses: Mourning Wood and Pumpking
• Appearance of the witch's broom as a transportation vehicle
• Creation of versions for both popular mod loaders - Forge and Fabric
