Pure Discs - Trails & Tales introduces four new music discs featuring compositions that were added to Minecraft with the 1.20 Trails & Tales update!
This mod is part of the "micro-mods" concept - small additions that allow players to assemble exactly the features they need without complex configurations or disabling recipes. Simplicity and minimalism are our approach to creating quality content.

Version 2.0.0 - complete refactoring and adaptation for Minecraft 1.21.
Important Warning
Since this is a complete mod overhaul, when migrating a world from version 1.20.x to 1.21, there may be missing content from this mod. Please take this into account when planning.

All discs drop from Creepers when killed by a Skeleton - exactly like in the original game!

Q: Did you compose these songs? A: No. The authors of the compositions are credited on the discs themselves. I only worked on the mod development.
Q: These tracks are so awesome that a Creeper managed to sneak up on me unnoticed, and now I'm dead. Will you return my items? A: No, you are fully responsible for your safety while listening to these melodies. If you got killed while listening - it's your fault.
Q: I don't like that discs drop from Creepers. Can you change the way to obtain them or make them chest loot? A: The method of obtaining discs is inspired by the original Minecraft mechanics and reflects my vision. I also don't plan to add them as chest loot.
