Stability for the Unchanging Classic
The main development of Railcraft has been on hiatus for several years, limited to version 1.12.2, while various bugs persist in the modification. Our project solves this problem.
Key Fixes
Visual Improvements and Usability
- Fixed incorrect display of rolling machine recipes of various sizes in JEI
- Solved the issue of temporary FPS drops when some Railcraft mechanisms are operating, including boilers
- Eliminated the problem with switch track interfaces where technical localization keys were displayed instead of names
Functional Fixes
- World anchors now correctly work with fuel, taking into account the item's maximum stack size
- Fixed crashes when opening the RF Loader/Unloader interface, making them fully functional
- Resolved the issue of item duplication in hopper carts
Enhanced Compatibility
Compatibility with Other Mods
- Added automatic restoration function for MystCraft dimensions containing World Anchors after server restart
- Experimental option to exclude texture registration for external fluids solves the missing texture issue with ExU2
Increased Stability
Includes fixes from the ACGaming fork:
- Eliminated crashes when destroying bottom blocks of water tanks
- Fixed the issue of Steam Turbine formation when using with IC2 Classic
- Restored tooltips in the Steel Anvil interface
Important Information for Users
Version Compatibility
The modification works exclusively with Minecraft 1.12.2 and is compatible with both original Railcraft and the ACGaming fork.
Supported versions include: 12.0.0, 12.1.0-beta-8
Beta Version Warnings
By default, Railcraft displays a warning when using beta versions. We replaced the standard message with our own to ensure all Railcraft-related issues are first directed to our support when our modification is installed.
Configuration files are available for fine-tuning this behavior.
