The Redstone Minus Redstone mod takes us back to the golden days of BuildCraft 1.x, allowing you to power your entire base using the most universal, widespread, and supported energy system in the Minecraft world - regular redstone.

With this mod, you can finally power your machinery using various redstone signal transmission methods without worrying about balance, complexity, or other tedious details! Simply apply a redstone signal - and watch the RF accumulate in your batteries. (No need for pulses - they can also cause lag when scaled up.)

NEW in version 0.3.0: Need to charge an item? No problem! Just throw it on a redstone source and let it charge.

And if serious mod developers want to use this system for more serious purposes, the mod includes configuration settings that allow adding some balance to this chaos, including the option to limit this feature to a few specific blocks - although, of course, you'd never want to do that, right?...
