Reforged

Welcome to the world of Reforged — a modification that revives legendary weapons from Balkon's Weapon Mod for modern versions of Minecraft! We didn't just transfer old models but also added completely new types of weapons with unique characteristics.

Weapon Eras

The modification features three main eras of weaponry:

• Primitive Era: Simple but effective weapons for the early stages of the game. Perfect for protection against zombies and other threats.
• Medieval Era: More powerful weapons with special effects. Each type has unique characteristics that can be activated in combat.
• Gunpowder Era: Firearms that deal massive damage. Some models can be effectively used in melee combat too!

• Reforged Integration — adds materials for compatibility with other mods
• Reforged - Cross & Grave — two magical items with unique properties

Also available is a resource pack with old Balkon textures for those who prefer the classic style.

Installation

1. Install Minecraft and Forge for the required game version
2. Download the Reforged mod file
3. Place the .jar file in the %appdata%/.minecraft/mods folder
4. Launch Minecraft with Forge activated
5. Configure settings in the %appdata%/.minecraft/config/reforged.cfg file

Development History

The Balkon's Weapon Mod was abandoned in 2011. In 2015, Silvercatcher decided to revive the project but with a complete code overhaul. Since January 2016, ThexXTURBOXx has joined the development. Together they created not just a port but a significantly improved version with new features and capabilities.
