Re:Skin - Skin Changing in Minecraft
Re:Skin mod provides a simple and effective way to change your character's appearance in Minecraft. Using special commands, you can load custom skins directly in the game.
Main commands:
- /setskin (url) - set skin for yourself
- /setskin (url) (player) - set skin for another player
- /clearskin - restore default skin
- /clearskincache - clear skin cache

Important: To load a skin, you need a direct link to the image file, not to a web page. For example, use links like: https://i.imgur.com/mORJxcm.png
On imgur.com, you need to copy the image address, not the main page link.
Supported Skin Sizes
The mod supports skins of various sizes while maintaining Minecraft's standard proportions. Sizes must be powers of two relative to base sizes:
Modern skins: 64x64, 128x128, 256x256, 512x512, 1024x1024, 2048x2048, 4096x4096, 8192x8192
Old skins: 64x32, 128x64, 256x128, 512x256, 1024x512, 2048x1024, 4096x2048, 8192x4096
Theoretically, smaller sizes that maintain correct proportions are also supported.
