ResolutionControl++ - Complete Control Over Minecraft Graphics
ResolutionControl++ is a powerful tool for fine-tuning graphical rendering in Minecraft, allowing independent control of display resolution from the game interface. This mod opens up new possibilities for both performance optimization and creating quality visual content.
Key Features
Flexible render resolution settings: You can adjust display quality in the range from 0.0x to 8.0x and beyond with manual configuration. This allows achieving various visual effects - from retro pixel art style to smooth anti-aliased image.
Scaling algorithms: Two image resizing methods are available - Linear (for smooth picture) and Nearest Neighbor (for crisp pixel look) when adapting render to screen.
High-Resolution Screenshot Capture
Special Screenshot Framebuffer function allows taking screenshots with ultra-high resolution exceeding current monitor settings. Meanwhile, the game continues to work without freezing during image processing.
Additional Options
Manual size setting: Ability to independently set resolution for screenshots.
Constant memory allocation: Option to maintain active screenshot buffer, reducing delays at the cost of greater video memory usage.
VRAM usage estimation: Visual indicator shows approximate amount of video memory that your current settings will occupy.
Compatibility
Full compatibility with:
- Sodium
- OptiFine (works alongside its built-in scaling)
Partial compatibility with:
- Canvas Renderer (low resolutions may affect interface display)
Not compatible with:
- Fabulous graphics mode
