Resource Pandas

This mod transforms ordinary pandas into veritable gold mines that produce valuable resources when they sneeze.

Resource System

By default, the mod includes 9 standard recipes that can be modified or completely replaced using datapacks. Each recipe is configured through JSON files with the following parameters:

• name — user-friendly resource name displayed in the spawn egg name and JEI information
• ingredient — item used to feed the panda for its transformation
• hexColor — overlay color for the panda's texture in HEX format (must start with #)
• alpha — overlay transparency (default is 1.0)
• chance — probability from 0 to 1 that a sneeze will produce an item (e.g., 0.6 = 60%)
• result — item that can be dropped when sneezing (if a tag is specified, the first item from that tag will be selected)

Examples of ready-made recipes can be found in the project repository.

How to Obtain a Resource Panda

To turn an ordinary panda into a resource one, simply feed it one of the items specified in the recipes.
