💡 Interconnected

Despite your flying capability, you cannot use fireworks. Instead, all Rushlights possess a passive "light" bar required for your abilities. Standing near lanterns fills this bar. Your "Lightless" ability is disabled when you have Light.

• While you have Light, you gain weak night vision and move faster.
• During flight, you can stop by pressing Primary + Shift.

🚁 Skyward Glide

As long as you have Light, you can expend it to activate abilities. Your wings are fragile and can only be used for limited time, but using Light you can boost yourself while gliding. Without Light you can still glide, but it greatly exhausts you.

💛 Absorptive

You cannot heal if your Light bar is less than half full, but you regenerate significantly faster.

• Eating unusual foods like Wool and String helps restore small amounts of Light.
• Your height is determined by your Light level - the more light you have, the taller your stature becomes.

🔓 Weighted Wings

Armor and armor toughness values are reduced to one quarter for you.

🔅 Faint Glow

You deal less damage than others and have two fewer hearts.

🔅 Lightless

Your vision is impaired and movement speed is decreased.

Additional Information

This origin has been in development since May and underwent many conceptual changes. At one point, work on it was completely abandoned for several months until motivation returned. The process of creating this origin and watching its development was enjoyable.
