Sacrifices Modification

This modification was originally created as an in-game joke for the MMD public server, therefore all content and text were developed specifically with this purpose in mind.

What does this mod represent?

It adds a special block called "Dpeter99 Altar" - an altar for conducting rituals. When standing on this altar, the player receives a special status "DPeter99's Blessing". After this, if the character dies from falling from a height, upon respawning they receive a valuable gift.

The reward system is fully customizable by the user. In the standard configuration, for each successful sacrifice the player receives a diamond.

The altar itself cannot be created through regular crafting - it's assumed that it's placed by server administrators. However, if desired, it's always possible to add a crafting recipe through a datapack.
