Salt Lamps Reforged

This project represents an enhanced version of goldelf123's Salt Lamps mod, featuring bug fixes and additional functionality.

Main Improvements

The updated version addresses critical issues, including server crashes, and implements OreDict support for crafting recipes and blocks/items.

Salt Lamp Features

Himalayan salt lamps are known for their soft warm glow that creates a cozy atmosphere. In Minecraft, they are available in 16 different color variations while maintaining their characteristic appearance.

A unique feature of these lamps is the ability to pour potions on them, allowing effects to spread to all players within a small radius around the lamp.

Special Lamps

In addition to standard models, there are special lamps with unique abilities. Some can affect passive or hostile mobs, while others can cleanse the player of most negative effects (requiring a bucket of milk for this purpose).

Installation and Usage

The lamps can be placed on almost any solid blocks, looking particularly impressive on cobblestone walls. Creating lamps requires salt chunks, which are mined at the bottom of the ocean. These salt blocks are relatively rare, so it's recommended to use a tool with the Fortune enchantment for maximum yield.

To reset effects, simply pour a water bottle on the lamp. Almost all aspects of the mod can be customized according to your preferences.
