[SBM] Cardboard Boxes
Mod Concept
A simple solution for moving blocks while preserving their contents and settings. Cardboard boxes allow you to neatly pack various blocks and transport them to desired locations.
Creation History
This modification was developed as an alternative to large mods for block transportation. It can replace popular solutions like Jabba's dollies and Mekanism's containers, offering a more lightweight approach to moving blocks.
Crafting Recipes
To view current crafting recipes, it's recommended to install JEI. The basic recipe for creating a cardboard box looks like this:
(any type of wood works)
How to Use
To capture a supported block: hold Shift + Right-click on the target block
To pick up a box with a block: hold Shift + Right-click on the box
To place the captured block: simply Right-click on the ground - the box will return to inventory
To remove an empty box: Left-click on a placed box (useful for mistaken captures)
Important: boxes cannot be placed as regular blocks

Single Block Mod Series
The Single Block Mod series focuses on creating simple solutions with one primary function. Each modification offers one block or content element perfected with maximum options. This makes the series mods ideal for filling gaps in modpacks, allowing developers to avoid including large mods for implementing individual features.
Modpack Policy
Permission is not required, but general rules for using mods in modpacks must be followed.
