[SBM] Charcoal Block

Basic Information

This modification adds a charcoal block to the game that completely replicates the functionality of the standard coal block. Everything is extremely simple! Why is this needed? Often, similar blocks are only present in major modifications. This small addition is useful when creating lightweight packs where there is no need to connect large mods containing such a block, but you still want to preserve this convenient feature.
