[SBM] Wooden Buckets
Important Note: [SBM] Wooden Buckets requires VE-FluidHandling to function properly.
About the Modification
The concept behind this addon originated from the need to access water for farming during early gameplay stages. Finding iron in the beginning requires either mining or exploration - activities typically postponed after establishing food supply. Many players solve this issue by placing farms near water sources, though this approach can be inconvenient in certain landscapes. Wooden buckets enable collecting various liquids without the necessity of using iron counterparts.
During development, support for different liquid types was added and additional features were implemented to ensure optimal gaming experience meeting the needs of diverse users. For gameplay balancing in early stages, a molten material damage system was introduced along with bucket leakage mechanics, particularly relevant for hardcore questing packs. The variety of wood materials satisfies players' aesthetic preferences and ensures better integration with the base game.
