Secrets of Forging: Revelations
This mod introduces a new modular weapon type - polearms. Polearm weapons feature 6 different head types (8 with Art of Forging compatibility), along with modules similar to single modular items. To craft a modular polearm, simply use a crafting table by combining sticks with your chosen material (supports wood, cobblestone, iron, gold, and diamond). Additionally, the mod adds 3 new sword modules.
An optional dependency is Art of Forging.

No.
Can't find the greatsword modules or the item itself?
The greatsword belongs to the Tetra: Enlarged mod. Originally created for version 1.18.2 where Enlarged was supported, but there is no corresponding version for 1.19 yet.
